CrowdStrike Mid-level Engineer: LeetCode pair, take-home API, then a remote onsite with LLD, HLD and behavioural
The interview process was quick and efficient and they were always quick to respond when scheduling interviews or if I had any questions. The first round was a recruiter screen which discussed previous tech stacks I had used and how I thought about working remotely.
The next round was a standard LeetCode style interview with 2 algorithm challenges. I think I was asked Encode and Decode Strings and Number of Islands. I had practiced both since they were part of the known DSA questions asked by CrowdStrike so that was fine.
The next round was a take home assessment around building a small API. I spent quite a bit of time on it because I wanted to stand out from other candidates but it did mean I had to work on it over the weekend because my current job is quite demanding.
The last round was a virtual onsite where I had three rounds. One was a LLD (Design a Log Parser), an HLD (Rate Limiter) and then behavioral questions focusing on how I had worked with team mates in difficult situations before. I recommend preparing your behavioral answers because I think they put a lot of focus on it because they are remote first.
After a week they got back with the final offer and comp which was much better than what I was previously on so it was a no brainer to accept it.

How big was the take-home? Trying to work out whether "small API" means an afternoon or a whole weekend.
The brief was a few endpoints with auth and some tests, so an afternoon if you do the minimum. I spent most of the weekend on it because I added a proper README and a Docker setup, which they did mention in the onsite.
The behavioural emphasis matches what I have heard about remote-first companies. Good reminder to prepare those properly and not just the coding.
