IBM New Grad: Merge Two Sorted Lists OA, LCA and LRU Cache, a SQL question and STAR behavioural

The first round was an OA interview on HackerRank which asked an easy LeetCode question, Merge Two Sorted Lists.

The next round was another technical interview where they asked me 2 DSA questions and 1 SQL question. The DSA questions were pretty straightforward. I think they were Lowest Common Ancestor and LRU Cache. The SQL question was the same as Department Highest Salary.

The final round was mainly focused on behavioral questions such as why you want to join the company, your university experience, your background, career goals, and similar standard questions.

I managed to get the offer and am pretty excited about starting as a full time employee. My advice to people studying is to do as many LeetCode style questions as possible, also do a few SQL questions as if you haven't practiced them even though they are simple it could be easy to slip up there, and then to have good STAR stories prepared for the behavioral questions because I think they put just as much weight on the non technical skill when they decide if they are going to make an offer or not.
