Do you offer a free trial period to try out a product?

All of our products have some content that's freely available as a means of testing them out and deciding whether they're a good fit. For example, some of our Junior interview questions on TechPrep are freely available.

How do the subscriptions work ?

Depending on whether you choose the monthly or yearly subscription, you will be billed at that interval. All subscriptions can be managed by navigating to the Subscription section on the Profile page.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, at which point you will no longer be charged. You will still have access to premium content until your subscription ends.

What is your refund policy?

We don't offer refunds under any circumstance. You can try out our free content to decide if you'd like to buy a product.

My payment is being declined. How can I purchase?

If your payment is being declined, it's likely because your credit card or bank account account isn't configured to handle international payments. Try looking into how to enable international payments on your payment method.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to help since transactions are entirely handled by Stripe, our payment processor.
